Return Policy
REFUND POLICY
Received Something Damaged
if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received the item. If something is faulty, we will meet our legal obligations by providing a replacement product or refund.
You may return new items sold and fulfilled online Enchant & Delight 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Any received after that may be denied.
Your return parcel must be posted stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Articles should be replaced with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork and receipt of purchase.
Once Enchant & Delight has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Enchant & Delight reserves the right to deny any refund if items are returned used, soiled, or damaged in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
if your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification on the status of your refund.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout, please email us with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office Enchant and Delight will not be held responsible for any lost incorrectly delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Enchant and Delight via our contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (e.g, incorrect/incomplete address), Enchant and Delight reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee.
Enchant and Delight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Delivery Charges
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation costs, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and obligations.
Pricing
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges.
The Enchant & Delight reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction, or other reasons. Enchant and Delight will notify you of any error in pricing.

We protect our secure SSL payment gateway server, to protect your online order. Information. This technology encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to our website.
Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your bank.
Processing your order (Express Delivery)
If you place an express order before 2 pm AEST (Monday to Friday), your order is dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 2 pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the next working business day.
Standard Delivery
All orders with the Standard shipping option shipped within 5-7 business days. Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Please note standard and express delivery times are additional to these periods and vary from region to region. Please reference our delivery notice for your expected delivery time in your area.

You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place the order.
