Standard tracked shipping: $15

Express shipping: $35

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders of $120 or more.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

NEW ZEALAND

Tracked shipping to New Zealand: AU$28

UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States is available for Australian opals only: AU$40

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. A separate email containing tracking information will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact Enchant & Delight as soon as possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional postage charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
