Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Enchant & Delight.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping of returned Goods

You are required to pay for your own shipping cost to return any item.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Natural crystals, gemstones and Australian opals are unique. Variations in colour, pattern, shape and natural inclusions are part of their natural beauty and are not considered faults.
