REFUND POLICY
Received Something Damaged
if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received the item. If something is faulty, we will meet our legal obligations by providing a replacement product or refund.
You may return new items sold and fulfilled online Enchant & Delight 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Any received after that may be denied.
Your return parcel must be posted stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Articles should be replaced with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork and receipt of purchase.
Once Enchant & Delight has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Enchant & Delight reserves the right to deny any refund if items are returned used, soiled, or damaged in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
if your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification on the status of your refund.
Shipping of returned Goods
You are required to pay for your own shipping cost to return any item.
